Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of toast
Instructions
- Brown and cook ground beef until no longer pink. (do not drain grease)
- mix in flour until thicck.
- slowly stir in milk until it becomes the thicckness you would like it to be.
- salt n pepper to taste
