Ingredients
- 8 slices of texas toast bread
- 12oz ham (Spiral Ham)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 8 slices thin swiss cheese
- 1oz pancake syrup (for dipping)
Instructions
- scramble & mix eggs, cinnamon & vanilla
- dip bread in egg mixture
- fry on skillet with either butter or spray. (dealers choice Butter is better)
- when french toast is done set aside and repeat.
- next seperate ham into 3oz portions
- fry each portion in skillet on one side
- flip then add 2 slices of cheese to each
- fry until melted
- assemble sandwich
